Supporting Local Farmers and Products
The Céilie proudly supports local, independent suppliers and strives to feature sustainable products. From our signature Boss Lady Burger to our pulled pork sandwich, Traynor Farms’ ethically-raised, hormone-free beef, chicken and pork are featured throughout our menu. Kawartha Dairy supplies all of our dairy needs with stores right here in Peterborough. Trent Market Gardens, operated by SAFSS, provides many of the ingredients for our seasonal daily specials.
Traynor Beef Farms
Located in just outside of Peterborough, Traynor Beef Farms provides the Ceilie with naturally-raised, farm fresh beef, chicken,
and pork.
